Nominations are currently being accepted for the 1999 “Take Pride in Idaho” tourism awards.

Nominations are being accepted until April 7 for six categories: achievement in recreation, customer service, media, visitor center, historic preservation and cultural tourism.

The awards will be announced at the Governor’s Conference on Recreation and Tourism, held May 5-7 at the Coeur d’Alene Inn.
