Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jackie L. Bentley 20, Spokane, account closed checks (two counts), $2,000 bond.

Michael E. Harke 31, Sandpoint, issuing a nonsufficient funds check, failure to appear/driving while suspended, fictitious display, $2,650 bond.

Kerry A. Howell 33, Coeur d’Alene, account closed checks, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $3,931 bond.

Joseph A. Peralta Jr. 40, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, parole violation/nonsufficient funds checks, contempt/malicious injury, $20,432.

David R. Triplett 28, Coeur d’Alene, forgery (eight counts), $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Derek L. Colarusso 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, $621 bond.

Richard M. Fortier 23, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

James T. Gardiner 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $73 bond.

Allen C. Johnson 35, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $111 bond.

Jeremiah K. Jordan 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $223 bond.

Matthew T. Keopple 29, Post Falls, contempt/malicious injury, $73 bond.

Jamie W. Kobloth 25, Hauser Lake, contempt/driving while suspended, $338 bond.

Christopher M. Littman 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $223 bond.

Ricky L. Murrell 29, Post Falls, contempt/fictitious display, $113 bond.

Stephen W. Sanderson 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/false representation of age, $63 bond.

Andrew J. Sawyer 28, Newport, Wash., contempt/inattentive driving, unlawful entry, $334 bond.

Terrence N. Tate 42, Bonner County, contempt/driving while suspended, $268 bond.

Jared A. Vaara 20, Hayden, contempt/driving while suspended, $93 bond.

Jay F. Ward 22, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $173 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
