Suspect Wanted On Stalking Charge

A man wanted on a stalking charge is the target of this week’s Secret Witness.

Richard Montraill Fletcher is wanted on a felony arrest warrant that carries a $100,000 bond, authorities said.

Fletcher has 20 convictions in Spokane, including six for assault and nine on probation violations, police said.

Officers consider him dangerous because of his violent history.

Fletcher is 27, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 175 pounds.

A reward is available for information that leads to his arrest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their names to be eligible for the reward.
