Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Brian A. Milan 34, Osburn, warrant of attachment/driving under the influence, expired driver’s license, vehicle not registered, $669 bond.

Scott A. Milan 29, Wallace, warrant of attachment/driving while suspended, $580 bond.

Ellis O. Miles 47, Wallace, warrant of attachment/driving while suspended, $395 bond.

Benny J. Miller 37, Kellogg, two warrants of attachment/driving under the influence, expired driver’s license, fictitious display of plates, failure to notify police of an accident, $616 bond.

Geary L. Miller Jr. 19, Cataldo, bench warrant/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $300 bond.

James M. Miller 20, Kellogg, bench warrant/ minor consuming, four days in jail.
