Wedding vows were exchanged by Julie Loretta Hedrick and Kevin Arthur Koesel in an Aug. 1 ceremony at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Colville, Wash.

Dale and Vickie Hedrick, Colville, are parents of the bride. Koesel is the son of Dr. Dean and Anna Koesel, Deer Park.

A reception was at the ranch of the bride’s parents. The Koesels are living in Elk after a honeymoon in Western Canada.

The bride is studying human development at Washington State University. The groom, a graduate of WSU, works as a civil engineer at James A. Sewell & Associates.
