Revenues for Lenders Interactive Online Network more than doubled in the first quarter of 1999, but net losses also increased substantially.

The provider of Internet services to the wholesale mortgage industry had revenues of $710,278 for the period, compared with $330,121 for the same three months of 1998.

Operating losses widened to $306,569 from $19,990 a year ago, and net loss to $343,683 from $216,680. Per share, the losses were one cent for both periods.

LION, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plenum Communications Inc., employs about 25 in Spokane.
