Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Michael B. Connell 48, Cataldo, manufacturing methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Sean A. Conner 23, Rathdrum, intimidating a witness (three counts), $50,000 bond.

Jill A. Logan 33, Rathdrum, failure to appear/ possession of methamphetamine (two counts), driving while suspended, $20,500 bond.

Robert R. Lutner 27, Post Falls, fraud (four counts), $5,000 bond.

John M. Wisti 25, Plummer, failure to appear/lewd conduct, $25,000 bond.

Lawrence P. Adams 44, Worley, contempt/ driving under the influence, $600 bond.

Nicholas F. Argentino 18, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $223 bond.

Kenneth J. Charles 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $125 bond.

Beau D. Evans 18, Hayden, contempt/minor in possession of tobacco, $173 bond.

Michael W. Gilman 23, Airway Heights, contempt/driving while suspended, $198 bond.

Joseph G. Higdon 37, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $373 bond.

Robert W. Hill 26, Athol, contempt/ disturbing the peace, $375 bond.

Robert W. Janson Jr. 26, Worley, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $588 bond.

Stacie A. McKnight 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, possession of paraphernalia, $173 bond.

James P. Vonlindern 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/domestic battery, $202 bond.

Flory E. Zalme 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ petty theft, $343 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
