Lisa Herrlinger Spokane
Memorial service for Lisa Herrlinger, 87, will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel at the Riverview Retirement Community. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Herrlinger, who died Wednesday, was born in Germany.
She was a 57-year Spokane resident, a homemaker and a member of a senior bowling league.
Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Fred and William Herrlinger, both of Spokane; a daughter, Shirley Kreshel of Spokane; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Blanche (Kennison) Cameron Colville, Wash.
Service for Blanche (Kennison) Cameron, 92, will be at 10 a.m. today at Danekas Funeral Chapel in Colville. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Hunters, Wash.
Born in Hunters, Mrs. Cameron died Tuesday.
She graduated from high school in Hunters in 1924.
Mrs. Cameron picked apples in the orchards in Wenatchee and married Bruce Cameron in the late 1920s.
In 1970 she moved to Colville. She worked at Pinewood Terrace Nursing Home in Colville and retired in 1984 as a ward supervisor.
Mrs. Cameron was a member of the Greenwood Grange, Hunters Presbyterian Church and Marcus Presbyterian Church.
Her husband died in 1967.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.

Marguerite Cook Spokane
Graveside service for Marguerite Adell Cook, 87, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Walla Walla, Miss Cook died Saturday.
She served in the Navy WAVES during World War II. Miss Cook taught high school in Washington state and Canada.
She moved to Spokane in 1981.
Miss Cook was a member of the Humane Society.
There are no surviving family members.
Floyd Austin Spokane
Memorial service for Floyd Allen Austin is planned for 2 p.m. Friday at Heritage Funeral Home.
Mr. Austin, 70, died Saturday.
He was a lifetime Spokane resident.
Mr. Austin served in the Navy and later worked for the Spokane County libraries in maintenance.
Mr. Austin was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Merna; two sons, Jeff and Wayne Austin, both of Spokane; a brother, Charles Austin of Davenport, Wash.; and two grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans Chapter 6; the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Spokane.
Rodney Dingman Spokane
Memorial service for Rodney M. Dingman, 50, will be at 1 p.m. today at Riplinger Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the family home.
A 20-year Spokane resident, Mr. Dingman died Monday. He was born in Coeur d’Alene.
He was an antique dealer in Spokane.
Survivors include his wife, Polly; five sons, Matt, Rob, Shea, Mitch and Jon; his mother, Donna; two brothers, Gary and Scott; and four grandchildren.
Elfleda Schmidthans Spokane
Memorial service for Elfleda M. Schmidthans, 97, will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. Private burial will be at Fairmount Memorial Park. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A 21-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Schmidthans died Tuesday. She was born in Elyria, Ohio.
She worked as a civilian for the Navy as an administrative supply clerk.
Mrs. Schmidthans was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
Her husband, Hugo, died in 1963.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Smith of Spokane; a son, David Schmidthans of Pollock Pines, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Irene Hurley Spokane
Funeral Mass for Irene Hurley, 94, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hurley, who was born in Pincher Creek, Alberta, died Tuesday.
Mrs. Hurley graduated from the Sacred Heart School of Nursing in 1931. She was a registered nurse and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was a 71-year Spokane resident.
Her husband, Joseph Hurley, died in 1981.
Survivors include a son, Patrick Hurley of Tacoma; two daughters, Illeen Dinnen and Frances Raymond, both of Spokane; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Bonnie McCartney Loon Lake, Wash.
Service for Bonnie L. McCartney, 64, will be at 11 a.m. today at Lauer Funeral Home in Deer Park.
A former Spokane resident, Mrs. McCartney died Monday. She was born in Billings, Mont.
She was a homemaker and provided foster care for children.
Mrs. McCartney moved to Loon Lake in the early 1990s.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Walter; five sons, Jeff McCartney of Spokane, Mike McCartney of Veradale, Rick McCartney of Greenacres, John McCartney of Chattaroy and Tim McCartney of Mount Vernon, Wash.; a daughter, Debbie Anthony of Spokane; five brothers, Steve and Bill White, both of Post Falls, Harvey and Jim White, both of Oahu, Hawaii, and Gail White of Kenai, Alaska; a sister, Kathy Similar of Kamiah, Idaho; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Theresa Maxey Federal Way, Wash.
Service for Theresa M. Maxey, a former Spokane resident, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Otis Orchards. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Bonney-Watson Funeral Home in Federal Way is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Maxey, who was born in Esterville, Iowa, died Oct. 27. She was 41.
Mrs. Maxey moved to Spokane as a child and graduated from Central Valley High School.
She worked for SAFECO in the Spokane Valley and later as a benefits administrator at ISC.
Mrs. Maxey was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Spokane.
She moved to Federal Way 12 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, Tom; three children, Elizabeth, Katie and Ben at home; her mother, Ilona Farago of Tacoma; a brother, Robert Farago of Renton, Wash.; and two sisters, Kathy Baumann of Ridgefield, Wash., and Sue Colliton of Kirkland, Wash.

Marguerite Quine Spokane
Vigil service for Marguerite K. Quine will be at 7 p.m. today at Riplinger Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mrs. Quine, 91, died Sunday.
She was born in Minneapolis and moved to Spokane in the late 1920s.
Mrs. Quine was a homemaker. She played and sang with dance bands in the Spokane and North Idaho areas. She was a member of the American Federation of Musicians Union Local 105.
Her husband, William Quine, died in 1967.
Survivors include a son, William Quine of Spokane; two daughters, Paula Claussen of Spokane and Kathleen Williams of Denver; a sister, Pauline Wuerst of Spokane; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Mireille Warren Spokane
Service for Mireille Martha Warren, 79, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home. Private burial will be at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
Miss Warren, who was born in St. Maries, died Saturday.
She moved to Spokane in 1933.
She is survived by a brother, William Warren of Spokane.
Orin Corkins Spokane
Visitation for Orin Corkins, will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home. Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mr. Corkins died Tuesday. He was 84.
He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School and in 1938 married Esther Knapp.
He worked as a molder at Travis Patterson Foundry for 17 years. He later worked at Washington Machinery for seven years.
Mr. Corkins was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Gary Corkins of Spokane; a daughter, Lanaire Ott of Portland; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Kenneth Wylde Lenore, Idaho
Visitation for Kenneth W. Wylde, 75, will be from noon to 7 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Malcom’s Brower-Wann Memorial Chapel in Lewiston. Memorial service is planned for Saturday at 1 p.m. at Congregational Presbyterian Church in Lewiston.
Mr. Wylde, who was born in Clarkston, Wash., died Tuesday.
He graduated from Lewiston High School in 1941. He joined the Marine Corps and served in the South Pacific during World War II.
Mr. Wylde returned to Lewiston after his military service. In 1949 he married Beverly McConnell. He began working for Pacific Northwest Bell. He was a supervisor in Lewiston until 1954 and then moved to Grangeville, Idaho, for several years, returning to Lewiston in 1956.
In 1959 they moved to Spokane where he also worked as a supervisor. They moved to Seattle in 1972 and returned to Spokane in 1974.
Mr. Wylde retired in 1982 and then moved to Lenore. For 15 years they were snowbirds in Yuma, Ariz.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Beverly; two sons, Paul and Michael Wylde, both of Spokane; a daughter, Nancy Bowdy of Gig Harbor, Wash.; and eight grandchildren.

Ida (Campbell) Evans Spokane
Memorial service for Ida Jane (Campbell) Evans, 83, is planned for 11 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Evans died Oct. 27. She was born in Madras, Ore.
In 1940 she married Robert Evans. They lived in the Palouse, Wash., area, and in Potlatch, Idaho, Coeur d’Alene and Spokane.
A 46-year Spokane resident, Mrs. Evans worked in the dry cleaning industry.
They spent winter months in Earp, Calif., and Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Ginger Brooker of Spokane; a son, Jerry Harrah of Dublin, Calif.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Hueston `Spiv’ Johnson Fall City, Wash.
Memorial service for Hueston A. “Spiv” Johnson, 96, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lamont (Wash.) Community Center. Flintoft’s Issaquah (Wash.) Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Johnson, who was born in Lamona, Wash., died Tuesday.
He moved to Lamont in 1925.
Mr. Johnson worked as a foreman for Lamont Grain Grower until the age of 70.
He served as the mayor for the city of Lamont for 24 years, and was also a volunteer firemen for the fire department.
Mr. Johnson moved to Fall City two years ago.
He was a member of the Lamont Grange.
Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Gertrude; two daughters, JoAnne Kramer of Spokane and Mary Miller of Fall City; 11 grandchildren and 18 greatgrandchildren.

Brian Ostberg Airway Heights
No services will be held for Brian A. Ostberg, 55, at his request. The Cremation Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mr. Ostberg died Tuesday.
He worked as a hod carrier in the construction industry.
His wife, Marilyn, preceded him in death.
Survivors include three sons, Jason and Brook Ostberg, both of Spokane, and Brian Ostberg of Airway Heights; two daughters, Stacey Strong of Spokane and Barb Chestnutt of Airway Heights; two brothers, Aron and Bruce Ostberg, both of Spokane; and four grandchildren.
