Area Residents Finish Basic Military Training

Four Inland Northwest residents graduated as Air Force airmen from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio:

Ryan M. Gilroy, a 1998 graduate of Lakeside High School, is the son of Michael Gilroy, Nine Mile Falls, and Michelle LaCrosse, Scottsdale, Ariz.

Michael J. Lenard, a 1998 graduate of Lakeside High School, is the son of Fred W. Lenard, Nine Mile Falls.

Derrick A. McArthur, son of Ginny J. Maresh, Spokane, and Doug D. McArthur, Post Falls, is a 1999 graduate of East Valley High School.

Jim S. Bledso, a 1999 graduate of East Valley High School, is the son of Jim and Denise Bledso, Newman Lake.

Elizabeth Maas has completed an Air Force ROTC field training encampment at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The cadet is a junior studying chemical engineering at Arizona State University in Tempe.

Maas, a 1997 graduate of Ferris High School, is the daughter of Milt and Linda Maas, Spokane.

Air Force Tech. Sgt. David P. Seeger, graduated from the Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas.

Seeger is the son of Robert and Kathi Seeger of Spokane.
