Wedding vows were exchanged by Virginia Payne and John Clemens in an Aug. 19 ceremony at Bozarth Mansion. Ed and Nancy Payne, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Clemens is the son of Bob and Mary Grace Clemens, Spokane.

A reception followed at the mansion.

The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Seattle, the Oregon Coast, and Lake Chelan.
