A golden Collare dell’Annunziata, one of the highest awards bestowed upon citizens during the Italian monarchy, was displayed at the Treasury Ministry in Rome. It was one of the pieces displayed at “Mussolini’s Treasure,” boxes containing the possessions of Benito Mussolini which have been stored at the ministry since 1953. They were discovered when the cellar was cleared out a month ago.
