If you’ve thought about participating in the Bloomsday Road Runners Club’s fourth annual Spokane Festival of Races, don’t procrastinate any longer.

The races - marathon, half-marathon and 5-mile run - are Oct. 17, and there will be no same-day registration. The deadline to assure yourself a commemorative shirt on race day has passed. But late registration will be accepted through packet pick-up Oct. 16, noon- 5 p.m., at Foothills Lincoln Mercury, 302 E. North Foothills Dr.

Late fees are $40 for the marathon, $30 half-marathon and $20 5-mile run.

The start and finish will be at the turnout on Howard and Spokane Falls Blvd. in Riverfront Park. The marathon begins at 8 a.m., halfmarathon at 8:45 and 5-miler at 9.
