Don And Bernice Postlewait Spokane

Don and Bernice Postlewait will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at their home. They also observed the event in August with a family vacation in Hawaii.

Also hosting Saturday will be their children and spouses: Janet and Rick Maurstad, Judy and Tom Cosby, and Jeff and Julia Postlewait, all of Spokane; Jim and Janine Postlewait, Ninole, Hawaii; John Postlewait, Seattle; and Jill and Rick Hale, Bellevue, Wash.

The Postlewaits were married Oct. 16, 1949, in Spokane. They have 21 grandchildren.
