Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Kristopher L. Hayden 24, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of a stolen vehicle, $5,000 bond.

Samuel L. Shoemaker 31, DeSmet, felony domestic violence, $10,000 bond.

Justin E.N. Todd 20, Coeur d’Alene, possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Kelly L. Walker 31, Rathdrum, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Tara M. Blessing 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $90 bond.

Robert W. Collins 22, Athol, contempt/ resisting arrest, $300 bond.

Jeremy L. Covell 28, Hayden, contempt/ driving while suspended, hunting/fishing without a license, $139 bond.

Rick A. Curry 21, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

Jonathan C. Lassiter 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $210 bond.

Kelli L. Long 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ minor in possession of alcohol, $65 bond.

Scott M. Manning 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $85 bond.

Beverly E. McLeod 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $243 bond.

Courtney B. Oliver 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $325 bond.

Michael J. Sheehan 29, Coeur d’Alene, possession of paraphernalia, $265 bond.

Adam M. Sieben 20, Dover, contempt/ driving while suspended, $178 bond.

Donald W. Stallworth 36, Plummer, contempt/fictitious display, no driver’s license, $450 bond.
