Museum Seeks Holiday Helpers
The Cheney Cowles Museum is looking for men and women to volunteer at the historic Campbell House during the annual Campbell House Holidays on Nov. 26 to Jan. 2. A minimum 3-1/2-hour shift a week is required.

Corbin Art Center Association’s 24th annual Juried Fine Arts and Crafts Christmas Sale is taking applications from artists living in Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Montana.

Classes
Theatre School, sponsored by Spokane Civic Theatre, is accepting registrations for its fall session that begins Sept. 27.
There will be two sessions for grades 1-3 and 4-6, an advanced drama class for grades 7-9, and an adult acting class for students from grade 10 through adult.

Kudos
Donald Clegg, Spokane, has been selected to participate in the National Watercolor Society’s 79th Exhibition, Oct. 23 to Dec. 19 at the Brea (Calif.) Civic Cultural Center Gallery.
He was among the 104 artists selected from 1,389 entries.
Clegg also was selected as a finalist in the Still Life category of The Artist Magazine’s 1999 Art Competition. His painting, “Rooseville with Silver Dollars,” was one of the 250 artworks selected from a field of 13,300-plus entries.
