Developer Buys Access To Lake

The developer of the Club at Black Rock, a proposed 650-acre subdivision, has purchased the Rockford Bay Resort on the west side of Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The 21.5-acre Rockford Bay Resort will provide access to the lake for future homeowners at The Club at Black Rock.

Black Rock developer Marshall Chesrown has purchased the resort, its marina, restaurant and store. He plans to tie it to his development, which will include 350 homes, an 18-hole public golf course and other recreation amenities.
