Applegate-Demarest Spokane

Samantha Demarest became the bride of Chris Applegate in a Sept. 11 ceremony at the Hitching Post Wedding Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.

The bride is the daughter of Arthur and Patricia Hautala, Spokane. Dick and Jane Applegate, Spokane, are the parents of the groom.

A reception at the Spokane Interstate Fair followed the ceremony. The Applegates are living in Spokane after a honeymoon at Deer Lake, Wash.

The bride, a graduate of Spokane Community College, is a cashier. The groom, who also attended SCC, is a delivery driver at Fred’s Appliance.
