Fibromyalgia Conference Scheduled
A special conference for people impacted by fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome is scheduled for Friday in Providence Hall at Sacred Heart Medical Center. “Knowledge of Healing” will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The featured speakers include Dr. Suzanne Staudinger, a fibromyalgia researcher speaking about the latest discoveries; Dr. Linda Hole, a holistic physician on alternative options such as acupuncture, homeopathy and prayer; Dr. William Corell on holistic medicine; Dr. John Oakland of the Northwest Center for Neurosomatic Disorders on aggressive treatments for the diseases; and Ken Isserlis, a Spokane lawyer, on legal aspects of the diseases.
