Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jeffrey W. Davis 36, Missoula, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Reid Odonnell 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to register as sex offender, $20,000 bond.

George N. Richards IV 29, Post Falls, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Lisa J. Sexton 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $7,500 bond.

William D. Wells 33, Rathdrum, parole violation/burglary, $20,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Roger W. Ashcroft 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $642 bond.
