Npr Introduces Internet Program

National Public Radio this week officially launched “All Songs Considered,” its first Internet-only program (available at npr.org/programs/asc).

It offers full versions of the wide-ranging music snippets played on NPR’s “All Things Considered” afternoon news show, enhanced with musician biographies, links to their Web sites and transcripts from radio interviews.

Local journalism is essential.
