Ing Hansen Wilbur, Wash.
Memorial service for Ing H. Hansen, 87, will be at 2 p.m. today at Wilbur Lutheran Church. Strate Funeral Home in Wilbur is in charge of arrangements.
A lifetime Wilbur resident, Mr. Hansen died Saturday.
He graduated in 1933 from Wilbur High school.
Mr. Hansen worked as a carpenter in the Wilbur area.
He was a member of Wilbur Lutheran Church and the Danish Brotherhood.
His wife of 64 years, Frances, died in 1999.
Survivors include a son, Thomas Hansen of Liberty Lake; a daughter, Donna Ladwig of Wilbur; two brothers, Waldo Hansen of Spokane and Ivan Hansen of Modesto, Calif.; a sister, Anna Dice of Spokane; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Aubrey `Ed’ Inge Spokane
Visitation for Aubrey “Ed” Inge, 74, will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Funeral Mass is planned for 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Otis Orchards.
Mr. Inge, who was born in Lynchburg, Va., died Saturday.
He graduated from high school in Lynchburg.
Mr. Inge served in the Navy from 1943 to 1945 in the Pacific Theater.
In 1959 he moved to Spokane from Lynchburg.
He was a long-haul truck driver, and worked for Bearing and Rim for 17 years. He retired in 1990 as owner of Inge Trucking.
In 1995 he went back to work as a long-haul truck driver for Don and Karen Tinkham in Spokane.
He was a fan of the Spokane Chiefs hockey team and had billeted some of the players.
Survivors include his wife, Fay; a daughter, Linda Blankenship of Salt Lake City; four sons, Steve and Ron Inge, both of Spokane, Dennis Inge of Sprague, Wash., and Bob Inge of Billings, Mont.; a stepdaughter, Shanna Kohler of Longmont, Colo.; a sister, Nina Inge of Lynchburg; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be to the Ponti Animal Clinic in Otis Orchards.
Ruth Adams Spokane
Service for Ruth Adams, 76, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
A lifetime Spokane resident, Mrs. Adams died Thursday.
She worked as a cook for 40 years in area restaurants.
Mrs. Adams was a member of Westgate Christian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Herbert, and a brother, Earl Cummings, both of Spokane; a sister, Esther Kaiser of Seattle; and a grandson.

DeLorus Shannon Spokane
Service for DeLorus E. Shannon, 88, will be at 11 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pines Cemetery.
Mrs. Shannon, who was born in Rockford, died Friday.
She graduated from high school in Rockford and was a homemaker.
Her husband of 61 years, William “Pat”, died in 1992.
Survivors include three sons, Ralph and Bill Shannon, both of the Spokane Valley, and James Shannon of Ravenswood, W.Va.; two daughters, Laurel Durkee and Bonnie Shannon, both of the Spokane Valley; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Nona (Luce) Shawver Potlatch, Idaho
Service for Nona M. (Luce) Shawver, 68, will be at 11 a.m. today at Grace Lutheran Church in Potlatch. Burial will follow at Mendenhall Cemetery near Potlatch. Bruning Funeral Home in Colfax, Wash., is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Iowa City, Iowa, Mrs. Shawver died Friday.
In 1949 she married Dewey Shawver Jr. They lived on a farm in Lyons, Neb., and grew corn and raised chickens.
In 1951 they moved to Potlatch.
Mrs. Shawver was a certified nurses aide and worked at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho. She had also worked for the Benewah Community Hospital in St. Maries and Good Samaritan Village in Moscow. She retired in 1988.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Debbie Augenstein of Moscow, Patsy Bowser of Potlatch, Peggy Metzler of Decatur, Neb., and Bonnie Smith of Omaha, Neb.; a son, Dewey Shawver III of St. Maries; a brother, Wayne Babb of Moville, Iowa; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Nancy Schrag Coeur d’Alene
Graveside service for Nancy A. Schrag, 79, will be today at 10:30 a.m. at Spokane Memorial Gardens. Yates Funeral Home in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Born in North Dakota, Mrs. Schrag died Thursday.
She grew up in North Dakota, and then Arlington and Ferndale, Wash., before settling in Soap Lake, Wash.
She married Victor Schrag, and they later moved to Smelterville, Idaho, and to Coeur d’Alene in 1967.
She enjoyed fly fishing, hiking and boating.
Her husband died in 1997.
Survivors include two sons, Dwight Schrag of Bellevue, Wash., and Steve Schrag of San Jose, Calif.; a daughter, Carolyn Kenoyer of Coeur d’Alene; a sister, Doris Pfau of Bellingham; a brother, Durward Brewster of North Dakota; and seven grandchildren.

Herman Wagner Beaverton, Ore.
Memorial service for Herman F. Wagner, 81, will be at 11 a.m. today at Strate Funeral Home in Davenport, Wash. Inurnment with military honors will follow at the Reardan (Wash.) Cemetery.
Mr. Wagner, who was born in Spokane, Wagner died Wednesday.
He graduated from Reardan High School.
In 1937 he was the grand marshall in the Reardan Community Parade.
During World War II he served in the Army Air Corps, and later worked as an automobile mechanic in Reardan.
He recently moved to Beaverton to be close to his daughter.
He was a member of Reardan Presbyterian Church, American Legion in Aloha, Ore., El Katif Shrine and the Scottish Rite Bodies. He was a past president of the Reardan Lion Club, past master of the Masonic Lodge, past patron of the Order of Eastern Star and past commander of the Reardan American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a daughter, Geraldine Wagner of Beaverton; two stepsons, Richard and Patrick McEvoy, both of Spokane; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Bert Eklund Everett
Graveside service for Bert Eklund, a former Spokane resident, is planned for 10 a.m. today at Greenwood Memorial Terrace in Spokane. Another service was Monday at Solie Funeral Home in Everett.
Mr. Eklund, who was born in Sweden, died Thursday. He was 90.
In 1939 he married Florence Westerlund.
Mr. Eklund worked for the phone company in Spokane.
He and his wife moved to Everett 34 years ago.
His wife died in January.
Mr. Eklund is survived by a sister-in-law, Elaine DeDuke, and a brother-in-law, Earl Westerlund.

Ervin Schumacher Spokane
Memorial service for Ervin H. Schumacher, 79, will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene. Private burial will precede the service. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Schumacher, who was born in Roscoe, Idaho, died Thursday.
He moved to Post Falls in 1939 from Roscoe.
In 1974 he moved to Spokane.
He was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Mr. Schumacher is survived by two sisters, Esther Ulbright of Spokane and Ruth Harshaw of Hayden, Idaho.
Sharon Mace Spokane
Service for Sharon V. Mace, 59, was Monday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home. Burial was at Fairmount Memorial Park.
Mrs. Mace, a lifetime Spokane resident, died Aug. 5.
She was a homemaker.
Her husband, James, died in 1993.
Survivors include two sons, Rick Mace of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and Jeffery Mace of Sacramento, Calif.; her father, Pat LaVigne; her mother, Virginia Veltri; a brother, Dan LaVigne of Spokane; and two grandchildren.
