Sumter-Williams Bellingham

Carlie Williams exchanged wedding vows with Thomas Sumter in an April 30 ceremony at The Breakwater in Bellingham.

The bride is the daughter of Lois and Harley Williams, Chattaroy.

Martha Evans, Marysville, Wash., and Thomas Sumter, Poulsbo, Wash., are the parents of the groom.

A reception followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Bellingham after a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

Both are graduates of Western Washington University. The bride is an insurance agent at The Unity Group, and the groom is a pharmaceutical representative for Pharmacia & Upjohn.
