Modern Electric Seeks Nominations

Modern Electric Water Co. is seeking nominations for two spots on its board of directors.

The postions on the utility’s five-member board involve a three-year commitment. The only requirement for the job is to be a Modern Electric shareholder. Shareholders are anybody using Modern Electric as their utility.

Nominations are due Jan. 3 and the election will be held Feb. 24 at Modern Electric’s annual meeting at 904 N. Pines.
