Wollan-Platte - Rhianna Catherine Platte and Jason Eric Wollan, both of Spokane, plan to marry July 21. McCullough-Sommers - Dana Lynn Sommers, Spokane, and David Anthony McCullough, Lubbock, Texas, plan to marry Aug. 4.
