Wedding vows were exchanged by Pamela S. Ulappa and Jeffrey J. Wallis in a July 15 ceremony at St. James Roman Catholic Church in Vancouver, Wash.

Miek Ulappa, Newport, Wash., and Carol Ulappa, Vancouver, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Jerry and Dorita Wallis, Ione.

A reception was at Cafe Pacific in Vancouver. The couple are living in Ione after a honeymoon in the Cook Islands.
