Business Week, Dec. 11 edition: Two-thirds of all major companies worldwide have replaced their chief executive officers at least once since 1995. More than 1,000 U.S. chief executives have left office over the past 12 months alone, the magazine says.

Worth, December/January edition: Merck, DuPont, Philip Morris,

Wal-Mart and Bank of America are the five biggest corporate givers, according to the magazine’s second annual survey of charitable giving.
