7 Arrested In Valley Meth Raids
Two Spokane Valley methamphetamine raids yielded seven arrests Tuesday, Spokane County sheriff’s spokesman Dave Reagan said.
The first raid occurred at 7:40 a.m. at an apartment at 12807 E. Sprague.
Three minors, including a 4-year-old girl, were at the apartment at the time of the raid. The suspects and minors were decontaminated with portable showers outside the apartment, Reagan said.
Donald R. Plumley, 38, and Sharla Jean Plumley, 35, were booked into jail on charges of manufacturing of a controlled substance. Donald Plumley also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance.
Donald and Sharla Plumley also were arrested at a meth lab bust Nov. 21 at 16025 E. Fourth, Reagan said. Wendy Renee Weaver, 36, Steve Eugene Thompson, 41, and Linda M. Zimmerman, 43, were charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. In addition, Weaver faces possession charges, and Zimmerman faces charges of unlawful use of a building for drugs.
The second raid began at about 4:15 p.m. at 23 S. Evergreen, Reagan said.
Randall S. Coyle, 39, and Christopher E. Blankenship, 37, were booked into Spokane County Jail on charges of manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, Reagan said.
