St. Helena Cathedral, Helena, was the setting for the Sept. 30 wedding of Charlotte Aileen Hilton and Bruce Charles Lauerman.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Whittinghill and Terry Swope, both of Helena. The groom is the son of Charles and Shirley Lauerman, Spokane.

A reception was at Cavanaugh’s Colonial Inn in Helena. The couple are living in Macungie.

The bride, a graduate of the University of Montana, is a distance learning instructor at the University of Montana. The groom, who graduated from Northern Arizona University and the University of Montana, is a geologist and the eastern division manager for Perrier Group of America.
