The marriage of Nichole West to Brian Emery was solemnized in an Aug. 25 ceremony at Valley Fourth Memorial Church.

Dave and Kay West, Spokane, are parents of the bride. The groom is the grandson of Gerry Sullivan, Spokane, and the late Walter Sullivan.

A reception was at Mukogawa Fort Wright Commons. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon to Reno, Nev., and Lake Tahoe.

The bride graduated from University High School and is currently a student at Spokane Community College. She works as a licensed practical nurse at the Good Samaritan Center. A graduate of University High School and Spokane Community College, the groom is employed at United Parcel Service.
