When the sun rises on Christmas morning, many in our region will be enjoying a day of rest, even if they aren’t celebrating the traditions of the holiday.
But for others, Christmas is just another day at the office.
Who works on Christmas Day? Doctors, nurses and emergency workers. So do law enforcement officers and bail bondsmen.
Your neighborhood mail carrier might also be working Monday, to ensure you get that last Christmas present. And if your family is dining out this year, it’s because dozens of cooks, waiters and waitresses are pulling holiday shifts.
