Reward Offered For Burglary Suspect

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man who has a long criminal history in Spokane.

Paul David Dowling, 45, has 20 convictions in Spokane. They include several for theft, assault and delivery of a controlled substance.

Dowling is wanted on three outstanding warrants for his arrest. He is charged with residential burglary, attempted residential burglary and trafficking in stolen property.

Dowling is 5 foot 11, 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on Dowling’s whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111.
