Shots Fired At Home

Several shots were fired at a house in the 1600 block of East Rockwell early Saturday, Spokane police said.

A caller told police that several young people were outside the house about 2 a.m. when the shooting occurred, but they had fled before officers arrived.

Witnesses told police several teenagers began arguing with a resident of a house on Rockwell. A fight began, and one of the teens pulled out a handgun and fired it, police said.

Several bullets went through a large front window. Police found six shell casings in the street and two bullets inside the house.

No one was injured.
