Fraser Estates Decision Delayed

For the second straight week, Spokane County commissioners have put off a decision on a long-delayed Valley development proposal.

Commissioners plan to vote on Fraser Estates next Tuesday.

The development would put 110 homes on 39 acres just east of Argonne Road and Wellesley Avenue.

The county hearing examiner rejected the project last summer.

Neighbors have fought the proposed development, saying it would not fit in their otherwise lightly developed neighborhood.
