Cotter-Howell Spokane

Wedding vows were exchanged by Tammy Howell and Tim Cotter in an Oct. 2, 1999 ceremony at St. Patrick’s Parish.

Anita Whitmore of Spokane and Mike Howell of Silvana, Wash., are parents of the bride. Cotter is the son of Bridget and Pat Cotter of Spokane.

A reception was at the Ridpath Hotel Empire Ballroom. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.

The bride is an administrative assistant for Group Health and the groom is the marketing and promotions manager for Citadel Communications.
