President’S Day Closures

President’s Day on Monday is a holiday for some:

Schools: Public schools closed.

Mail: No delivery.

Buses: Spokane Transit Authority service on regular weekday schedule.

Garbage: Regular pickup for Valley Garbage and Spokane Regional Solid Waste. Regular pickup for Western Refuse customers, except for Airway Heights, where pickup will be delayed a day.

Local journalism is essential.
