Education Foundation Hosting Fund-Raiser March 4 In/Around: Post Falls

The Post Falls Education Foundation is hosting its fourth annual “Wine, Stein and Dine” fund-raiser on March 4. The event will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. at Cavanaughs Templin’s Resort.

Microbrews, wine and champagne from Idaho, Montana and Washington will be served alongside food from more than 14 restaurants. Professional judges will hand out awards for best appetizer, dessert, wine and microbrew. The event also includes people’s choice awards, a silent auction and live entertainment.

Funds from the event go to creative teaching grants in the Post Falls School District. The foundation has given the district almost $40,000 in the past three years.

Tickets are $30 each and are available at the Post Falls branch of Washington Trust Bank, Northwest Home Medical, Corner Trading Post, Post Falls Chamber of Commerce and from foundation board members. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $35.
