Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Randy A. Dennison 31, Kalispell, Mont., possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Jonathan Lewis 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for trafficking methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Jennifer C. Outcalt 23, Rathdrum, parole violation for forgery, $10,000 bond.

Rickey L. Poirier 35, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for felony domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Sally P. Rogers 46, Careywood, grand theft, $15,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Spring M. Akins 19, Spirit Lake, contempt of court for petty theft, $175 bond.

Traci H. Anderson 35, Spirit Lake, contempt of court for invalid driver’s license, $155 bond.

Stacey M. Austin 38, Blanchard, contempt of court for driving under the influence, $562 bond.

Janet Bruhn 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving while suspended and obstructing, $5,098.

Lawrence L. France 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving while suspended, $173 bond.

Robert W. Garren 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for expired driver’s license, $63 bond.

Eric Ingersoll 25, St. Maries, contempt of court for petty theft, $323 bond.

Martyn McNamee 39, Wallace, contempt of court for driving under the influence, $634 bond.

Joao Menezes 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for invalid driver’s license, and inattentive driving, $400 bond.

Steven E. Mosher 29, Post Falls, contempt of court for driving while suspended, violating a protection order, $412 bond.

David P. Nelson 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for possession of drug paraphernalia and invalid driver’s license, $800 fine.

Cameron Pickles 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving while suspended, $242 bond Marion V. Rollins, 53, contempt of court for petty theft, $500 bond.

Alejandro C. Velasco 37, Post Falls, contempt of court for two charges of invalid driver’s license, $250 bond.

William G. Yeoman 30, Hayden, contempt of court for driving under the influence, $442 bond.
