Michelle Dawn Reed exchanged wedding vows with Kevin Phillip Dowler in an Aug. 14 ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Dawn Reed, Newman Lake. The bridegroom is the son of Bob Dowler and Carol Hochhalter, both of Spokane.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Leavenworth, Wash.

The bride, who has a degree in education from Eastern Washington University, is a teacher. The groom is a student at Spokane Community College.
