Coldwater Creek Inc. has won favorable reviews from two Internet consumer guides.

Shopnow.com and bizrate.com both gave the Sandpoint-based retailer top marks for customer service, on-time delivery, return policy and quality.

This was the first Christmas season for coldwatercreek.com. The company, which made its name in catalog sales, launched its Internet division last year.
