Bernice Stime scored 15 points and Heather Ortiz chipped in with 14 Wednesday night as the Com- munity Colleges of Spokane women beat Big Bend 77-51 in women’s college basketball in Moses Lake.
The Sasquatch, coming off a critical loss to Wenatchee Valley on Saturday, ran their record to 17-2, 4-1 in the NWAACC. The Running Vikes slipped to 9-10, 1-4.

The Running Vikes (11-8, 2-3) had six players finish in double digits. Glen McCloud led all scorers with 19 and teammates Jeremy Bogle and Lance Marquardt each had 18. Big Bend shot 54.4 percent in the game while CCS shot 41.3.
