Teens Sought In Store Robbery

Three teenagers allegedly robbed a convenience store early Wednesday morning.

A clerk at the 7-Eleven Food Store at 722 N. Park Rd. told Sheriff’s deputies the teens entered the store around 1 a.m. Wednesday. They tried to buy beer. The clerk asked to see identification, according to the Sheriff’s office report.

One teen began scuffling with the clerk while the other two took 4 or 5 six-packs of Doc Otis, an alcoholic hard lemonade drink. Each six-pack sold for $6.99. The clerk’s car keys were also taken, but the car was not stolen.

The three teen suspects were described as 16 or 17 years old. All three had brown hair.
