Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael A. Blevins 32, Spokane, grand theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $12,000 bond.

Scott A. Carter 40, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Randy R. Chaney 35, Colville, Wash., grand theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,750 bond.

Allen Simon 31, Spokane, possession of cocaine, $5,000 bond.

Robert P. Taylor 42, Spokane, failure to appear/forgery, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors Guy E. Ahnquist 39, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended (two counts), failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), $492 bond, seven days in jail.

Igal Blumstein 43, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $23 bond.

Amy L. Cavanaugh 21, Dover, contempt/battery on officer, theft, $73 bond.

Troy D. Deshazer 42, Priest River, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,467.
