Kuntz-Toombs Heidi Noel Toombs and John Arthur Kuntz, both of Lodi, Calif., plan to marry Aug. 12.

Lauerman-Hilton Charlotte Aileen Hilton and Bruce Charles Lauerman, both of Macungie, Pa., plan to marry Sept. 30. Lauerman is formerly of Spokane.

Koehler-Eugster Betsy Eugster and Dr. Thomas Koehler, both of San Francisco, plan to marry Jan. 20. Eugster is a former Spokane resident.
