Meeting Between Two Koreas Delayed

The first-ever summit between leaders of North Korea and South Korea has been delayed by one day and will start Tuesday, the Seoul government announced.

The summit was delayed for “unavoidable technical reasons,” the office of South Korean President Kim Dae-jung said in a news release. No further details were released.
