Spokane Tribe Gets Grant For Housing

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a $500,000 grant to the Spokane Indian Housing Authority for a housing development here. The money will provide water and sewer lines in an 80-acre subdivision that will include 40 home sites for members of the Spokane Tribe.
