Kessinger-Strand - Jennica Michelle Strand, Coeur d’Alene, and Michael Thor Kessinger, Orofino, Idaho, plan to marry July 15. Mather-Tolliver Sheleis Tolliver and Brian Mather, both of Spokane, plan to marry Aug. 18. Armstrong-Reeves - Gerriann Reeves and David Armstrong, both of Spokane, plan to marry Aug. 4.

Smith-Garrett - Staci Elizabeth Garrett, Endicott, Wash., and Kelly Owen Smith, Warden, Wash., plan to marry Aug. 26.

Cabe-Jensen - Sara Jensen, formerly of Everett, and James Cabe, formerly of Chattaroy, plan to marry Aug. 26. They now live in Kennewick.
