Ralph And Violet Sylvester Spokane

Ralph and Violet (Hastings) Sylvester celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary May 6 with an open house at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Shirlee and Steve Pope, Chewelah, Wash.

Their other children are Joanne Fitzgerald, Airway Heights; and Sandra and Ron King, Nampa, Idaho.

The Sylvesters were married May 4, 1940, in Coeur d’Alene. They have 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
