Three-year-old Morgan Gillis gets a boost in order to see eye to eye with one of the bigger teddy bears in Bakersfield, Calif. Beth Gagnon was in the bear suit to help promote the teddy bear giveaway sponsored by Target stores to benefit the American Red Cross and other agencies. The goal was to ensure that children have the comfort of a snuggly toy when going through the kinds of crises handled by emergency services.
