Outdoor photography

An outdoor photography workshop, ranging from the basics of traditional film imagery and techniques for capturing wildlife and landscapes to the latest on digital desktop darkroom work will be presented April 1 and 2 at Spokane Falls Community College Music Building.

The seminar will be conducted by George Lepp, a respected professional photographer who has published six books and has credits in numerous magazines ranging from Time and Sports Illustrated to National Wildlife and Arizona Highways.

The Saturday session covers films and exposures, macro photography plus photographing wildlife, landscapes and using filters.

Sunday’s session will concentrate on digital imaging to improve traditional photographic procedures.

The seminar is presented by the Spokane chapter of the Photographic Society of America. Cost for non-members is $50 for one day or $75 for both days. Students pay $35 or $55.
