Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael J. Burrows 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, invalid driver’s license, vehicle not registered, and no driver’s license, obstructing officers, contempt/resisting arrest and no driver’s license (two counts), $15,473 bond.

Christopher B. Critchfield 26, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, non-sufficient funds check fraud, $25,100 bond.

Adam S. Hill 28, Post Falls, failure to appear/ non-sufficient funds check and unlawful possession of a firearm, contempt/carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, no bond.

Steve W. Rullman, aka Stephen W. Rullman 39, Hayden, possession of methamphetamine, $8,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Sonya M. Arnold, aka Sonya M. Schy 26, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.

Mary G. Brown 29, Plummer, contempt/ inattentive driving, $73 bond.

Adam R. Caron 23, Careywood, contempt/driving under the influence, $588 bond.

Thomas D. Larsen 24, Hayden, contempt/no driver’s license, $173 bond.

Alice M. Leonard 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/custodial interference, $113 bond.

Chad W. Mathis 19, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of marijuana, minor in possession of tobacco, $173 bond.

Zachary “Zack” K. McKinney 20, Smelterville, contempt/no driver’s license, $132 bond.

Anthony L. Stlouis 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $73 bond.

Billy J. Stutheit 19, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, minor in possession of alcohol, $402 bond.

Travis A. Whiteside 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $90 bond, one day in jail.

Katherine D. Woodworth 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $88 bond.

Jonathan A. Ziegler 26, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $147 bond.
